The License & Property Bureau is charged with overall responsibility for the centralized control,
inventory, storage, and legal disposition of all contraband, evidence, and lost/found property obtained, impounded or otherwise
recovered by the Department. Major tasks and duties include:

The processing, recording, and safe-guarding of property items held for court evidence.

The processing and recording of lost and found property. Having serial numbers for your lost or stolen property
helps police immensely when trying to locate it.
- The cataloguing, storage and return of recovered stolen merchandise.

The issuance of required permits and licenses for vending operations, bingo and raffle events, annual bazaars etc.
- The preparations of manpower work schedules and special duty assignment allocations.
